Doctoral study in biomedicine was established in accordance with Act No. 172/1990 Coll. Higher Education at Charles University under the Framework Agreement on Cooperation between Czech Academy of Sciences and Charles University of 23. 4. 1997 and the Treaty of Association signed by the same institutions of 26. 6. 1997. Doctoral studies in biomedicine are implemented in accordance with the Framework Agreement of Cooperation in the Implementation of Study Programmes, contracted between Czech Academy of Sciences and Charles University on the 28th of May 2018 pursuant to Act No. 111/1998 Col. on higher education, as amended, and the internal regulations of the Charles University and of its faculties.
